Nice people, some politics to deal with and could treat some support staff better

Pros
Nice, intelligent people, almost all low ego across the firm. Nice work environment in their main NYC office. 100% paid medical/dental/vision benefits.
Cons
They need to work on their internal management style. There exists some poor communication/management and they don't always financially reward their support staff (not even proportionately) as much as the rest of the company, even in excellent years. It seems they think support staff don't have the same needs/incentives as them. They also don't treat all support staff fairly, sometimes it's grossly obvious, this drastically lowers work morale and they don't seem to want to deal with it at all.
