Collaborative, professional work environment. Currently hybrid wfh model 3/5 days a week. Regardless of stressful deadlines/intense workload typical to the industry, team works together in a healthy supportive manner. Zero observed instances of verbal debasement/abuse from higher ups. Consistent profit sharing, a company that genuinely invests in their employees. Flexible, in 8 years of employment, have never been denied a vacation, sick leave or paid/unpaid time-off request. Feel valued and supported by management & bosses as an employee, but also as a human being.
Cons
Creative process could use a more coordinated and streamlined approach in the interest of efficiency. Office space could benefit from more community focused design/utility. Compensation could be higher, pay scale is not very transparent and seems to vary greatly depending on case by case negotiation.
