There are a lot of things that you will not be told at the time of joining Aryavrat Infotech (Arya USA)- - At the time of joining they will tell you that they have alternate Saturdays off. It's a lie. They cancel the Saturdays very often. They will not provide the Saturdays off in February just because it has 28 days. If a month has holidays like Holi or Diwali then your alternate Saturdays will be canceled. So alternative Saturdays off is nothing but a joke in Aryavrat Infotech. - They will tell you that the increments are "Yearly". You might think that you will get the increment after you complete the 1 year but that is NOT the case. They will give you the increment in January only. Do not believe what they say, believe what they have written in your offer letter which differs from what they say. They will also not mention that after the increment they will start deducting some money from your salary in the name of an exam that you will have to pass otherwise you will lose your money. - At the time of joining they will tell you that office timing is from 9.00 to 6.30 (already 30 minutes extra than usual office hours in India). This is also a lie. No one in the company leaves before 7 PM. If you do then your team leaders will find a way to keep you for late as per the CEOs order. No employee would ever mind staying late and work extra in an emergency but they will keep you for late for no reason. You will be sitting there doing nothing on your computer. And even if you work for late, you cannot arrive a couple of minutes late next morning otherwise you will be fined for 150 rupees. - They created a buggy tool TimenTask which tries to track each and every employee's activity on their computers. The CEO used very bad words for employees which I cannot mention here otherwise this review will get removed just like it was removed before. Every few second your system will send a screenshot and websites you visit and the tools you open. Working in your code editor will be counted as productive but if you open a browser or any other tools related to your work they will be counted as unproductive hours. And if you have less productive hours then you will again be threatened and they will deduct your salary for your unproductive hours. - How come a web developer and programmer is supposed to work without a browser or a database client or any other tool? If you argue this with them they will call you "Theif" and question your integrity and reliability and finally throw you out. They will even accuse you of stealing their data randomly. They have expert team leaders who know nothing other than accusing employees and taking credit of their work. - CEOs and team leaders are very rude and will insult you any time any moment in front of anyone. The management knows nothing about "Management". They literally treat their employees like SLAVES. You cannot call these guys professional. They act like they are running a factory and all the employees are some low-grade labors who would lick their feet and polish their boots while they shout and treat everyone like trash. - They ask freshers to sign 2 years and 6 months bond with 60 working days notice period. Trust me you cannot survive that long. And also mind the 60 working days notice. It's not 2 months, it’s more than that. You will want to get out of the company after a few months but you will have no choice because if you leave the company they will not give your security money back. If you stay there then you will be mentally exhausted and go into depression. Thanks to the company a guy went into depression recently and lost his mind completely. I cannot mention his name but the guys suffered a lot. Not everyone can handle insults, threats and this mental pressure while you are being watched all the time like you are a criminal. - CEO's in Aryavrat Infotech have manners worse than a peon and peons are acting like they own the company. Very bad attitude of the peon who would always spread offensive and unethical rumors about female staff members which cannot be mentioned in detail here. Even after many complaints the peon still stays there with full attitude like he is the boss there. If you upset the peon he will stop making the tea for you, cleaning your desk and anything that is related to you and you cannot do anything about it. He was even caught red-handed giving out the dirty tap water to the employees. - You will not see the same employees that you see today after a year or two because most of them would realize their mistake and leave as soon as they get a chance. The only one staying there are bootlickers and employees who have no other choice but to tolerate everything until they find another company and get their security money back from the company. - They will deduct some of your salary amount every month in the name of the security. They have engulfed a lot of guys security amount for silly reasons. Forget your security money if you join this company. Very few get their security money back. They have wrongfully taken a lot of poor guys money and threw them out of the company just because they raised a voice against the misbehaving and wrong work culture in Aryavrat Infotech. - They also make a fool out of their clients and charge a lot of money for some stupid and buggy work which they shamelessly call quality work. TimenTask which is their in-house project is the best example of their failure. They assign a project to a single guy but generate the invoice for multiple resources and charge client triple the money. Nothing they are doing in Aryavrat is honest. - Team leaders themselves abuse the CEOs and uses very foul words on CEO’s back. But the team leaders would not utter a word in front of the CEOs because they are worried about their position as they got no other skill and they would not get any other job where they have to do nothing but sit and shout all the day on employees. Aryavrat Infotech has the same team leaders since a couple of years because they would not let any other guy take their position. Because the good guys won't stay and even if they stay and become a threat for their position then these team leaders will play politics to throw them out even before they get a chance to prove themselves and lead the team. So Aryavrat Infotech is neither good for freshers nor for the Experienced guys. The good side of this is that you will learn politics. And the funny thing is team leaders shamelessly say that you are lucky you work in a company where there is no politics. And other time they will use very bad words for the female CEO of the company. Everything is messed up in this company. These team leaders have no technical or management skill. Only skill these guys have is how to make a fool out of employees and their clients and lick their CEO's feet. - CEO is very rude she never listens to anyone, she would never hear your plea or feedback. Don’t be surprised if the CEO calls you a “Donkey” or even more cheap and vulgar word. Once she finds out that you are troubled she will throw you out and keep all your security money to herself. This company held a lot of people's money for no reason. Indian laws are stupid so only the maker will punish these guys for what they are doing with innocent freshers and employees who have no choice but to tolerate their torture. The CEOs of Aryavrat Infotech think that all employees are thieves but they don't realize this simple fact that the entire world cannot be wrong. There is something wrong with themselves which they would never realize. - This company is like a hellhole where you can easily go in but can not come out without losing your mind, money, and peace. - This company is heaven for the bootlickers who would lick the feet and feel ok with all the insults and be sitting on their chair chilling and having a lust for every female employee in the company. - Any formal employee reading this (I know current employees would not dare to post a review otherwise they will lose their security money) and had the same experience should share their reviews and also let us figure out a way to do something about this company. All of this needs to be stopped. There is no company as worst as Aryavrat Infotech in Jaipur.
