      Pros

      Staff are supportive and kind, everyone congratulates you on your successes, if you'd like to grow within the company there's room for that. Compensation for your role is fair, and benefits are great! The culture at Aryze is probably the best in the city, you can't beat it.

      Cons

      Tracking your own hours, sometimes the fast-paced work flow can be overwhelming but most of the time management understands and is flexible.

      The casual dress code was a plus

      Cons

      Avoids difficult conversations, uses unethical strategies to win projects, won’t provide employees basic tools to do their job. Unless you’re part of the cool kids on management forget about any form of appreciation, equality, or respect.

      Pros

      I have been working at Aryze for close to a year now and I can honestly say I love my job and the people I work with. My co workers are friendly and helpful and there is no animosity towards each other. In fact quite the opposite. This team is all about uplifting each other and helping each other become the best they can be. Aryze also has a strong community presence and seeks ways to help those in need and create a more beautiful and affordable place to live. Aryze has: - Great benefits - Flexible work environment options - Encouraging staff and owners - Competitive wages - Training opportunities Overall an great place to work!

      Cons

      My only con is the driving time as I live about a 1/2 hour drive from the office. But all of the good attributes of Aryze makes up for this slight inconvenience. I just have my morning coffee and blast the tunes! I've learned to enjoy that time now.
