      Pros

      Lot of work to do.. lot of exposure to the employee. ultimately u get an opportunity to learn lot of this things. Some time you get change to work on live environment.

      give little more salary. Other wise everything is good.

      Pros

      The clients tend to be very satisfied and the software does work very well. I really can't think of any other positive comments about this place.

      Cons

      The sales tactics are antiquated. No real marketing of any kind. Sales is not truly run by the VP of Sales but by the CEO, who is a software developer. CEO belittles and screams at people like I have never seen. Morale is horrible and turnover is very high.
