Management is worst. Management & HR behaves like Ring Master and pretends that they are from Good Company and have awesome experience, it is Quite Awful, Awkward Company. Company treats Old commers well and new comers worst. There is no 360 feedback, In appraisal you wont be called for discussion. Guys dont look at the 3 or 4 rating comments as these have been given by management loving people to make them happy. Joining Ascendum is nightmare you dont know what would you eded up doing.
