Pros
1. The only pros with this company is that employees are friendly.
Cons
The list of Cons is as Follows: 1. No Work life balance i.e. you will have to work for min of 12 hours daily. After doing so there are no appreciations as well. 2. Too much work pressure. 3. No job security at all. (Half of the people sacked by the company in time span of 8 to 10 months.) 4. Totally HR Driven company where there is no value of employee. 5. You have to listen to the lectures which are of no use. Unnecessary meetings as well. 6. All the good comments are not authenticate and looks like filled by HR them-self. 7. Too much micro management. 8. Also they don't give great salary and appraisals.
