      Up until a two years ago it was one of the best places to work.

      Pros

      Flexible. A "team" attitude for the most part. Other than top management, great people to work with. Everyone is willing to chip in and help out whenever asked.

      Cons

      To many people wear to many hats so you don't know who to ask what. Meager raises if one is given at all. Disfunctional management. Short sighted, no real business plan. You never know what is going on until the last second and then it's still not clear what has to be done. Everybody's an expert in everybody elses job.

      Pros

      Ashly was one of the best places to work. Very team oriented and a place where everyone cared about each other. Excellent products that were made in the USA. Production team is still top notch.

      Cons

      Ashly has now become a place of high stress and low on honest communication by top management. Everyone where's too many hats.
