what are the best working here is, hmm young and friendly environment, atleast in my department. senior officemates are willing to teach, and backup you for any complaint(but please dont take as guaranteed), flexible working hours, can replace any offday as my team got shift. get meal elauns for who are working on weekend, good pay working during public holiday, can be as step up stone (i guess), salary increase based on you performances
Cons
too much work load, upper management acknowledge about this but, they do nothing except more client coming in. when workload too much, we are expected to get less complaint (yup this is serious), take long time to get promoted. Other staff said, company pay less but i dont know. I think salary is quite okey as working in shift but no life. still working 5 days per week, but not necessary off day in weekend. too much politic, every year facing the same DAMN problem. cannot claim OT if you working extra time on that day, because consider you cannot finish your work on time
