      Difficult experience working here due to different protocols applied by different people. Management does not work hand in hand with employees.

Like many companies in Singapore, we do review and enhance our processes along the way. In AIS, the management is committed to working hand in hand with employees, and we take every effort to make it happen. We have a clear matrix that clarifies the various levels of delegated authority and accountability that each level of the leadership team has.
