Pros

Salary structure can be better.

Cons

1) They prefer those who have masters degree but little experience compared to those who have decades of experience and only have bachelors degree. 2) The skills of their old employees are obsolete but they can’t fire them. 3) Toxic culture for those who just want to work and don’t want to be involved in office politics. It will suck you in.

Career trap

Business outlook

Pros

- Good pay and benefits - Nice office - Hybrid work setup

Cons

- Office politics. Territorial culture. - Job stagnation and deskilling. - Appointments and promotions are vacancy-driven, sometimes not merit-based. - People are rewarded for compliance and staying within your own lane. Innovation is often stifled. - High performers get stuck in the same function for decades, used as a training ground, then sidelined for external hires.
