Great work life balance. Market leader in the contact center domain. Old timers in the company, at least the one's who are left are true experts in the contact center field.
Cons
The previous to management messed up the company back to bankruptcy again. Layoffs happen so often, that there is one happening nearly every week. The company was thrown a lifeline by the new PE, Vector capital and in doing so they fired close to 30% of the company in Feb. The employee moral is very very low and people remaining are on serious lookout for other jobs. No hikes and no bonus payouts. What is promised on paper and what you get is very different. A lot of open positions in India and it does not look like they would get good talent. Join at your own risk, you can be layed of anytime. There are people hired at director levels and layed off in 6 months. Absolutely no Job security whatsoever. The new management have grand plans, which is a big gamble from a employee perspective because it may of maynot succeed. Layoffs are not limited to the US. People have been layedoff in India, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Europe, Far east basically every where. A very dangerous place to be in now.
