Pros

Decent office in CBD area.

Cons

- No direction from CxOs, keep changing priorities every month - They said they're a startup with fast paced, but growing bureaucracy and strict WFO policy (fixed seating arrangement wtf) - No bonus, low salary - Promotions based on favoritism, not because of merit - They said they have enough runway that will last them another 4-5 years, but keep cutting benefits as part of "cost-efficiency"

Pros

good location, nice pantry and office

Cons

- Micromanagement, WFO, allocated seating arrangements as means to promote 'collaboration' - Benefits are getting worse off yearly, layoffs, no bonus - Promotions based on favouritism, high turnover resulting in major gaps
