Pros

People are Great to work with! Work is gratifying

Cons

Pay is ok for someone with no bills or a dose making good money. Union negotiated raises to go from .45cents to .35cents an hour annually. There are no merit raises. Dental insurance is on if you don't mind changing dentist and using a clinic environment. Didn't recognize the value of allowing employees to work remotely when needed. Stomach virus, child care issues, doctor appts etc. No where to go. Done depts have too many supervisors.

Pros

Union, lots of days off, good benefits. Many opportunities to learn and take on more work. Great for resumes!

Cons

Makes promises of promoting within but never delivers. Does not value their current employees. People coming in door make more than loyal veterans.

Pros

There really aren't many pros. Cheap benefits. You work 40 hours a week but there is no room to breath. If you work more or less you get written up. The union doesn't do anything for you.

Cons

HR is unapprochable. Too many families/clicks which leads to gossip and discord between co-workers. There are too many tattle tales. Supervisors will believe anything, even if it's just hear say. They are the first to take credit and the first to throw you under the bus. The company prides itself on being the "largest TPA on the east coast", but that doesn't mean anything if it is a miserable place to work. No room for advancement. It's only about who you know.
