      Not a Good Place to Work

      -Decent pay -Good coworkers -Casual work environment

      Cons

      The position was misrepresented during the hiring process, and the accounting department is understaffed. I routinely worked 60+ hour weeks, including working on the weekend just to try and stay caught up. There is very little respect for work-life balance. There is also a high degree of micromanagement and distrust of employees.

      They give you beer and food sometimes.

      Cons

      No remote work, too busy trying to line their pockets to care about your problems. Outdated hardware and under developed software provided. The tools provided to you to succeed are mediocre at best. You’ll be micromanaged to the ground. Value a dollar more than you.

      Free lunch sometimes, that's about it.

      Cons

      Just about everything. We are in a very bad place. Trucks are next to impossible to find. Our LTL rates are not good. Most customers I speak with have better LTL rates than we do. But they act like our rates are so great. No work/life balance at all. PTO is terrible as well as the benefits. Only work here if you need a job very badly. The owner needs to take the tin foil hat off and keep his political opinions to himself.
