      Best Salary, decision making process, helpful seniors, flexible timing, good food

      Late working hours, stubborn bosses, bad water in coolers, no work from home, no vehicles for late sitters

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, understanding and good-hearted people. Willing to help you learn and grow.

      Cons

      Office politics. Always getting blamed for everything. Inter-dept. communication sucks. Not much upward mobility if you're not related to someone important. Unlikely to score more than the annual 2.75% raise unless you really push, or leave the company and come back.

      Somewhat indecisive on hard issues like going back and forth on the work from home or not protocol.
