This ensures that no scams occur within the business, as our professionals are well-versed in identifying clandestine behaviour. We are working hard to build a good culture at Aston Shaw so we are disheartened that your experience working here was overall negative, and we understand your concerns. We have recently expanded our HR team and are providing more opportunity for open discussions with HR and managers to address any issues that may arise within our teams.
