      Beware of Astound Commerce!

      Pros

      Flexible timings and good pay.

      Cons

      3 layoffs in a year, so once every 2 to 3 months the stress of job loss. Mostly new joiners will be let go so think twice before joining. Company has no funds and is incapable of planning for the future.

      No pros are there, never join it.

      Cons

      No Pros are there for the Ahmedabad Office. Doesn't provide WFH. They don't provide facilities for accommodations. All seniors enjoy while juniors have to work from the office and pay rent for living. Fires people after hiring. Indian office is full of politics. Those butter-polish their manager are promoted and others aren't. Indians are treated as slaves.
