I have never seen this degree of unprofessionalism. Young women display an extreme side of immaturity and malevolent conduct toward each other and the customers. I worked here for a week and saw managers argue with customers, eat their food, while speaking to customers, throw customers jewelry and personal belongings into the trash, versus calling them and returning expensive products that were left behind. I quit before the week was out. Apparently, they have one person working while "20-30 customers are waiting".

Pros

You control your paycheck and they really do everything to help you. You get continued training to help you succeed including Master Classes weekly.

Cons

They are strict but honestly that's a pro in my book. It keeps me and my staff in line and helps us produce the most for ourselves and our guests. Without it we would be useless.
