None that I can recall. At one time they had good operators and senior folks that understood business. If everyone did their job and the "founder" who sold vacuums for a living prior to his brother's help would stay out of the way - it could be decent.
Cons
Major turn-over. We would rely on a few of their operators, one most recently who was a young guy that was smart, knew how to work with the teams at each company. Even his additions must have annoyed an ego freak like the founder
