Have you ever changed your field of research completely? If the answer is yes, you might agree that the pros and cons for different types of roles differ, and saying that is a complete truth. I've been working for the company for more than three years and have witnessed different stages of growth. However, I have to admit that it was always about going forward instead than making business manoeuvres in different directions.
