expensive, sleeplessness, high turnover, lack of decorum, my car racks up the miles, Poor leads, no call lists. Long distances to meet clients

-financial planners can make own hours. -you basically control your own fate in the bussines and whether or not you will succeed.

Cons

-people are sneaky -there is alot of talking behind peoples backs -people are not treated nicely by management
