      Company Infrastructure is pathetic, Its all one man decision, No proper facilities like cab, office infrastructure, location.

      Nothing at all, pathetic systems

      Cons

      No proper infrastructure and proper job roles, No innovation motive, only runs on egoistic CEO's decision, Zero Work Life balance, Improper timelines for project, No transparency for employees except the parasite ones, If you want to learn, there is no such scope.
