Pros

Not even one. Only followers can work here.

Cons

Venugopala Chalamalallala. CEO is a weird guy. Hire and fire mindset. Does not reward you no matter how much business you get him. Loser.

Hello, I would love to learn more details about your perceived experience with Atlas thus far as your comments are very vague yet very critical and one-sided. If you are still an active employee, you must have some feedback that supports why? I would love to hear it! While we do encourage and welcome feedback, both positive and negative, it is appreciated to keep it mature and sensible so an educated discussion is possible. The above comments seem out of place and weird frankly. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at Dana.Schiavone@atlassystems.com. I would welcome a more productive and sensible conversation with you!

Management is very worst

Pros

Nothing much to mention in except ontime salary. pros as day by day work environment is getting worser.

Cons

Management is creating a fake picture like everything is going fine with employees and show cases the same to CEO. If CEO visiting the particular branch then Management make sure that everything is working fine like AC, Internet etc etc, so that CEO will think management people are doing good work. HR will conduct a skip level meeting and assures that our grievances will be between CEO and HR and they will try to resolve it without a trace of whom said what. But they will call and inform the immediate manager of that particular employee which breaks the trust of employee and create unwanted problems between the manager and employee. What and all the grievances we take to HR and if the mistake is on HR side they are not taking that to CEO instead they mention only admin related issues. CEO shouldn't trust any of these HR people and admin people. Most of the PCs are outdated and slow and management is informing us to increase RAM so system will work faster. In one and one CEO will tell he knows everything about who works in what and tells good work will be taken care of but finally the employee gets same percentage as others . (The person who gets the same percentage also in same payscale) so hard work won't be recognized.

Pros

I have been working at Bangalore office for the last 3 years. I worked for 3 projects, by working these different projects helped me to understand different technical requirements of the industry. It gave me a immense confidence to move forward. Company management always been helpful to me , when I was really in need of "work from home" , management has helped me and I could save of my small baby. I shall ever remain thankful to Atlassystems and its management team.

Cons

Need to improve infrastructure by providing more test systems.
