      Cons

      So many things to mention 1) Micromanagement to extreme. 2) Favouritism. Cares only about 5 people close to them and that's it. 3) Not so experienced seniors to dictate such high posts 4) Culture at its worst. 5) Office politics.

      -Excellent environment to find out your true professional niche. -I got plenty of opportunities to work on high profile projects, and saw my progress in real-time. -A small team size means that your role is important and impactful.
