Nothing, it is a scam.

Cons

They don't tell you anything in the interview, or else you wouldn't take the job. 12 hour days. Stand the entire time. Employers are rude. They only want profit from your sales. Oh, and you stand in Walmart.

Pros

Lots of creative talent, laidback but professional environment, lots of input from every level encouraged. Having worked at large and small firms, Red7e gave me a great opportunity to learn every level of the business. Unlike some, the doors were always open and people weren't kept out of the decision making process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to learn account services.

Cons

Advertising is a volatile business so be prepared for typical ups and downs.
