    I worked at Atos-Syntel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Well basically if you are lucky, you may get very good opportunities to learn and grow.
The organization has really good projects and you get many opportunities to learn various technologies and tools.
Very good organization if you are at entry level into career as you will get many opportunities to learn various skills.

    Cons

The Support functions are really pathetic at supporting the delivery teams.
The available resources are not always used correctly, people are sometimes forced to learn against their will and available employees in the required skills are not really presented the opportunity to work in their area of interest as well as expertise.
Organization needs to improve a lot on employee retention, the employees don't really like working here.

    Advice to Management

The Support functions like the HR team, Technical Support team, Finance team etc need to improve their attitude and think of how can they help the employees.
The leadership need to understand the reason for failure to grow and focus on areas to grab the business opportunities which organization is capable of instead of blindly targeting all opportunities especially where the infrastructure and skills don't allow
