      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work at Atout France. Leadership is conducted through fear alone.

      Cons

      Communication consists of screaming at employees about projects they have never heard of. Sarcasm, lack of respect and disgust reign supreme. Salaries are abysmal, overtime is constant and unpaid, and goals are undefined.

      I did not find any pros in working for Atout France.

      Cons

      I found the management to be profoundly racist.
