Employees are empowered to make positive changes in processes and interact with many groups. Great benefits and a shallow hierarchy. Everyone can make a difference. Good balance for interesting work and the company is family oriented
Cons
The ceo is Jeremy Minshull, not Jason Williams. That’s a mistake on Glassdoor.
Fast paced production environment requires attention to many details. Screw up too often and you’re out
They pay really well, above market. Learning new technologies. The senior technology leaders have a wide array of knowledge and always help you when you are stuck. I like the freedom they provide employees both with work and personal life. Atum has been closing a lot of new customers so it's exciting to see growth.
Cons
The task management system could be easier to use and takes too much time on a daily basis.
