      A great workplace with a strong culture, highly talented people, and an excellent product. The team demonstrates strong collaboration, with a clear vision and direction. Supportive leadership and understanding managers make it an outstanding place to work.

      During my tenure, I have not encountered any serious issues with the company or its management.

      Great place to learn and grow a fast-paced startup

      Pros

      I’ve been at Audiomob for almost a year and it’s been a huge learning experience. Being in a small team means I’ve had exposure to so many different areas of the business and direct access to senior leaders, which has been motivating and helped me grow a lot. The pace is fast, but that’s what makes it exciting! No two days are the same and I’ve learned loads by getting stuck in. The people are also a big highlight—my colleagues across global teams have been amazing and helpful, no matter what time zone.

      Cons

      Startup life isn’t for everyone though—things move quickly, and you need to be happy wearing many hats, from senior-level work to smaller admin tasks.

      Talented individuals who deserve better. Great at hiring the right candidates.

      Cons

      Leadership constantly lying to individuals. If you are truly considering working for Audiomob, think twice. Over 90% staff turnover over my time there. Extremely toxic environment with staff constantly worrying about Job security

Audiomob has been operating for over four years and during this time we have restructured the company to better support our growth and long term vision. While we take feedback seriously, we also believe it is important that reviews remain constructive. We want to be transparent in acknowledging that several reviews posted in the past 2 weeks, following a recent sales departure, appear unusually similar in tone and intent.
