Very few. There are talented individuals within the creative and account teams; however, retention has been poor. Many of the strongest contributors have either left voluntarily or been laid off, limiting the consistency and long-term impact of these teams.

Cons

Executive leadership exhibits systemic incompetence and poor agency management practices. A lack of engagement, transparency, and operational understanding has fostered a toxic culture marked by inconsistent decision-making, perceived unfairness, and minimal support for employees. These issues significantly undermine trust, stability, and long-term viability.

I wish I had a lot of pros to say other than this company helped me realize my worth, which was not correctly utilized there.

They gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem when leadership does not properly guide, train, or mentor their employees. Leadership points the finger at everyone but themselves for the misfortunes of the company and are not consistent with goals, feedback, or proper use of 1:1s They discard people who truly are trying to make an impact and turn a blind eye to those abusing their positions as long term employees or family
