      1. Pathetic Environment. 2. Horrible Mid level management who will handle projects without any knowledge on domain. 3. They will make you work like donkeys. 4. There are few people who will ruin your happiness for lifetime. 5. Their pay is very very very less for hardworking people. Those who are involved in lot of politics and who are close to management and who dont do any work will get fat paychecks. 6. HR Policies are horrible. They are Biased who will act as per mid level management. 7. No Scope for Career development. 8. No trainings no scope for learning. 9. Good Onsite opportunities to Countries where Others refuse to go.(Eg. Sudan). 10.No ethics or Values.

      Pros

      The excellent thing about the company was the start up nature and the cross matrix functionality that provided exposure to various types of project at various levels.

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy. Senior leadership is disconnected from the employees. There is no training budget or employee improvement plans. It was one of the worst companies I have worked for in regards to promotions. Only those close to certain people in leadership were ever progressed. Management was like a bunch of school boys in a closed group. Extremely unprofessional in handling leaving employees. Never got the promised esop. Saw a lot of people fired on false grounds and lies being told on team calls for the reason they were fired.

      gd exposure with challenging clients and projects

      Cons

      Salary hardly ever gets credited on time Bonus is always late No team bonding at all in any team across the company Any feedback given is quickly ignored you get a gd hike only when you resign or threaten to resign
