      Pros

      Team is awesome. Work is challenging. Your voice and opinion will be heard. Flexibility when it comes to work/life balance. Opportunity to make use of new technologies as they fit.

      Cons

      Resources are limited so hand holding isn't the usual. (This is a pro depending on your personality and experience). The association industry has it's own unique personality. Some clients are extremely technical while others not so much. Must be able to speak to both equally.

Work/Life balance is important and Aura will continue to to be flexible, understanding, and respectful of our employee’s lives outside of the office. And while resources may have been limited in the past, we are happy to report our team has grown drastically over the last month! We’ve added 5 new team members and we’re not stopping there!

      Chance to learn and apply new technologies to solve problems, great pay, fun and changing environment to work in, friendly and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be challenged and learn. Must be adaptable and flexible to work here.
