Nothing except salary on time Negotiation skills are good then you can draw good salary Supportive colleagues to some extent
Cons
Late night sittings Work at weekends No proper knowledge sharing No work from home facility No other employee benefits apart from mediclaim No growth Hike problems Lot of internal politics Will hire you saying that they have development projects but they turnout to be support type Project quality is also not good such that you will doubt how this company is public limited No employee trainings List goes on and on........ My sincere request dont work in this horrible messy company at all and incase you have no option work for at the most 1 year else you will be stuck here life long like others who have no work ethics and culture Last but not the least all these glassdoor ratings you see which are 4 and 5 all are fake and added by HRs smartly (hope u are aware how fake ratings are added in glassdoor)
