    36 hour week with fortnightly rdo, good pay and conditions.

    Cons

    Currently downsizing, squeaky wheel gets oiled. Back stabbing colleagues

    Pays well, good opportunities for anyone who is willing to jump in without waiting to be asked, most people are good to work with and learn from.

    A culture of distrust between Management and field staff. Lots of processes to know, some of which are recorded poorly or not at all.

    Pros

    Decent pay and conditions despite Ausgrid trying to screw employees as much as possible in recent negotiations

    Cons

    Management constantly trying to improve the place is a pain, having the opposite impact. CCR is a joke, constantly restructuring makes no sense, knee jerk reactions to incidents, never use common sense. Typical business model that encourages brown nosing and diplomacy to gain promotion.
