    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Ausgrid full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good work variety. Staff on the EBA are rewarded well.

    Cons

Lack of salary reviews for permanent contract staff.

    Advice to Management

Staff that take on more work should have their salaries reviewed. Staff are getting large voluntary redundancies and the staff left to do the extra work are getting no compensation.

    "Unprofessional"

    StarStarStarStarStar

    I worked at Ausgrid

    Pros

The day rate and location . Was excited about the opportunity when offers it.

    Cons

However- High volumes of roles to manage and not set up for success with resources to delivery a high touch HR recruitment process. expectations are from management to get it done and they have no idea themselves what is involved. Very government mindset. My role was sold as one thing and changed without consultation. The tone on email was rude. Working there was like taking a step back in time in terms of working... environment and management, Unprofessional, backwards , micromanagement, a depressing place to go each day. Prefer to be unemployed than work in such an environment.

    Advice to Management

Step outside and learn about modern working environments. Resource your recruitment team to deliver to a cumbersome high touch recruitment process. If you want to retain or attract quality staff.
