Pros

Colleagues are engaging and fun to work with even if they only last 6 months each.

Cons

Unfair treatment of staff. Unlikely to be promoted if you are female. Promised incentive payments, only to be retracted on payday. Bullying and harrassment of staff.

All the bad reviews you are reading is correct, staff were told to provide positive reviews to boost up the ratings last year. Company culture is bad with lots of backstabbing and promised salary hikes/bonuses never paid out.

6pm Friday, knowing that you dont have to come to work for 2 days.

Cons

Revolving door - never worked in a business with such a high turn over on staff. Interesting really for a company that talks about employee engagement being a priority Monetary Incentives promised to staff and teams that never materialized, even after targets have been achieved Staff treated terribly, bullied, witnessed staff treated so poorly they end up in tears, doors slammed in staff members faces. Very little understanding by management on how to treat staff with dignity Just a terrible place to work. You will regret accepting the job!!! It's a fair assumption that the positive reviews are from management.
