Bagels on Thursday. Open bar at Christmas Party. Relaxed dress code. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Paid 2x per month.

Cons

Total culture change when CDK announced acquisition. Sales team is quiting like crazy. Half dozen gone already in 2017 (of 14 total) No real leadership. Bad dental plans. Most benefits are good but the dental plan stinks. Sales strategy is pray hard. Horrible Pay plan that makes sense to nobody beyond management.

Trashy People Poor Management and Executive Staff Outdated Systems Development Managers have no idea how to write or maintain software Most of the staff are mouth breathers and barely have a high school education
