Good colleagues and teams, everyone is very supportive of each other Nice to be able to work from other offices (Germany, Italy, Denmark)

Cons

Management is very involved in day-to-day operations which creates a lot of pressure and unreasonable expectations Monthly 1:1 with your manager, quite intense and personal (in a bad way) People have been fired for disagreeing with management
