enterprise is OK but gamestudio is extremely toxic.

enterprise is good to work with. mostly work from home I had all this time. and get paid for doing the same process every day. no requirement for creativity.

check CTC (in hand salary) before joining - many people got scammed salary was less. they include all unnecessary parts in CTC which shouldn't. "operation lead is HR" and you won't get any response from operation lead regarding anything. if you leave they won't pick up ur call like a fraud guy ignoring the victim. u only get a bonus once a year. and in CTC it's once in 6 months. and mostly u only get a little or the same as your current salary as a bonus. salary will only get somewhere in the middle of the month mostly after 7 every month. work-life balance is not there in the game studio, an extremely toxic boss is for the game studio and if Gamestudio has a slogan then that would be "micromanagement is our key & creating simple tasks complicated is our aim" because the micromanagement is extreme from the game studio boss. always tortures employees with the name of review and changes his decisions based on his mood and not a man of his word, and people in the game studio have no experience of previous companies so you will find it a hard time to deal with their no-idea workflow. game studio people are good till you work there. no skill growth can be expected in both enterprise and game studios. projects are the same 3d model creation and all. no utilization of creativity, they talk so much about creativity variety, and all. but u cannot expect anything from them even if you share your ideas this also includes gamestudio. Game Studio is a place you should never join if u care about ur mental health, happiness, and work-life balance. nepotism is a sort of thing there u can see like a local shop filled with relatives to cut costs they also have family members inside the company which creates extremely toxic office politics, and favoritism. game studio boss Adarsh Muthappa is a living example of this with partiality among employees, skills are something they don't care they just need someone to torture through review, especially for the game studio boss. they say corporate is bad. but corporate is better than them. without proper ideas or respect for the artists/coworkers' game studio trying hard to spoil a good game concept. ai is a part of their workflow but they fully depended on it so the artstyle itself is something else that they never figured out. they talk like Steve Jobs about innovation but they are doing everything opposite to Steve Jobs. if someone stays there more than more than 1yr then they might have trauma bonding.
