Pros

I feel like there is very good opportunity to grow here, especially if you show initiative. I think all the managers were promoted from within, which is great. Its' definitely challenging so I get to learn a lot.

Cons

This is not for someone looking for a stable environment. Things can change rapidly. Some people enjoy this but I know many do not. Long hours probably at least a couple times a month. Pay is not great

Working at Autofusion is Like Being in an Abusive Relationship

Pros

You will build strong bonds with your coworkers through your mutual angst against the company. If you are lucky enough, you'll have one of the very few supervisors whom actually care for your well-being.

Cons

Be ready to put in a large amount of work for VERY little return. You will get no recognition for your accomplishments or even for putting in time and being loyal to the company. Working at Autofusion is like being in an abusive relationship because you devote time and hard work into the company, but you will not be appreciated, and not to mention you will not be able to advance in ANY way. You stay in hopes that "things will change" but in reality it will never.

Pros

Met some good people working here. I would say this is the kind of gig you'd want temporarily to get your hands dirty if you're straight out of college. Then move on to something better when opportunity arises.

Cons

Management is not good. The pay is pretty low. Benefits are not so good either.
