As an owner, it is disappointing to offer an opportunity in a new industry with a clear growth plan for an employee, only to see them lack the patience and dedication needed to build a strong foundation for future success. Training was offered but not fulfilled.
It is frustrating when an employee who has strained relationships with the entire team and the direct supervisors, and when they fail to recognize that repairing workplace dynamics requires diplomacy and not blaming others—often through behind-the-scenes efforts—to rebuild trust and cohesion. Self accountability is sometimes necessary to understand the situation fully.
It is aggravating when an employee is too shortsighted to grasp the widespread impact of the pandemic, including product shortages, soaring costs, and severe distribution delays. This becomes even more problematic when they serve as the direct client spokesperson yet struggle to effectively communicate these global challenges.
