Pros
Salary was always credited on time. Got to work with some really good friends and colleagues.
Cons
If you are a UX designer looking to grow your design skills and process thinking, this may not be the right place. Design was often treated as just creating screens rather than solving user and business problems. It was difficult to explain or establish proper UX processes with leadership and stakeholders. Designers were frequently asked to work on LinkedIn creatives and social media posts unrelated to UX responsibilities. Limited appreciation and understanding of the value of design within the organization. No clear salary hike structure or strong growth opportunities. The CEO, team leads, and management had very limited understanding of UX design and modern product thinking. Favoritism was noticeable in certain situations.
