There is no such thing as equal rights or pay in this company. You will only work the position or hours you are hired for just a short while to make you think you're being hired as a full-time employee. It's their way of getting around giving you medical benefits and any other perks that come with being full-time. The facilities that are open to the public are not open to you unless you have a friend in management. Don't expect a work-life balance, career advancement, benefits, and you will be compensated well below the median income for every position except management. Finally, if you leave this company and even on good terms, do not file for unemployment. They will smudge your employment record or fight it with a team of lawyers.
