Fun, exciting, and fast-paced industry. Most management roles are remote. The quality of the product is good.

Cons

Senior Management is inconsistent, making it hard to structure processes. It just seems like we were always in a state of change, which made everything seem like a fire drill.

I get to work alongside a team of diverse and highly skilled individuals. I feel that each day I get to learn a new skill. The team deeply cares about one another and wants to see everyone succeed.

Cons

Due to the remote nature of the work, it can feel a bit lonely at times, but the meetings and 1-on-1's are a nice break from this!
