Extremely dissatisfied employee base with high turnover due to a unprofessional behavior by inexperienced leaders. A few senior leaders can do and say whatever they want to others and continue to be favored and protected by the company President. The President is the leader of the disrespectful culture and continues to bury her head in the sand. Her lack of experience is running the core business into the ground.

This is a toxic environment full of back stabbing and cattiness that doesn’t reward people who actually work with the clients and produce positive results. It’s almost impossible to measure up to senior leadership expectations because they are constantly changing. It is such a stressful atmosphere and the only “fun” you can have at work is whatever senior management seems as fun and so they can check the box - “there, we cared about our employees today for 30 minutes. Now back to work.” There is no genuine appreciation, collaboration, or teamwork.
