      Pros

      You are your own boss.

      Cons

      After a year, I realized that if you don't get paid a salary or bonus it's not really a job. Company deceptively starts you at very low amount of capital and extremely tight stops which make it very difficult to generate consistent money. Even if you do, you get hit with a surprisingly large amount of fees that are not fully disclosed upfront.

      Pros

      Perfect company for being a proprietary trader. Excellent location, office, environment and management team. Senior management team and other traders are willing to help in both your account issues and your trading.

      Cons

      I was trading at Avatar for a few year and I did not find any mayor cons. Management team was extremely helpful at all times. It was a pleasure working there.

      Pros

      Payouts are made as agreed, which is not always the norm in the trading world. Flexibility to work remotely as needed if performance is satisfactory.

      Cons

      Strategy training programs could be better regimented. Increase in capital does not necessarily follow positive performance.
