Pros
The company was bought by private equity and they have funding which they did not have in the past.
Cons
They are driven to a panic to make money and show results. All good and important, but you get the feeling that they are just working hard to be sold. Products are still boring and average with a higher price points than competitors. The culture looks for blame instead of accountability.
