      Investors should have changed leadership when they had the chance

      You can get away with a lot.

      Cons

      This is your typical poorly run startup; let's promise the world to the investors, hire our buddies for director roles and churn through poorly-paid roles until we come across people who will settle for these working conditions. They set unrealistic KPI and were ungrateful when people worked overtime.

      The product is somewhat interesting

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I’ve worked for. The leadership team has zero sense of empathy for employees. They would get rid of people whenever they feel like it.

      Fun people to work with (Not management). Work that is done makes a difference.

      Cons

      No direction, lack of empathy for employees. The revolving door at this company is concerning. Firing people often is a sign that upper management need to look at strategies and see what they are doing wrong instead of blaming others. If you are hired, don't expect to be there for very long.
