Pros
Aviall offers a decent salary and good benefits overall. There is also a "safety first" message propagated inside the company that gives a good vibe. The organization demonstrates a desire to be proactive and is actively looking to improve mechanisms in place to help employee retention. There are employee development programs, and intercompany growth opportunities offered. There are also a lot of good people working for Aviall and it helps get through the toughest days! Being part of the Boeing family is great too.
Cons
There currently is a "lean machine" culture in place and the days are very often gone in the blink of an eye. A lot of work to do and lack of resources can be frustrating at times. (But we are being told that things will improve soon...)

Company has lost a lot of the concept of "The employee's are the one's that make the company" and if you take care of the employee, the employee will have pride and take care of the company!!

Kind of stuffy sometimes. Very clique-ish. If you’re not a cool kid, hard to get traction sometimes.
