Small company with big ideas

Pros

Support within the company is very good- everyone is approachable Engineers in the field are fantastic with the customers- makes repeat sales easier as customer service is good out in the field. New ideas/approaches are listened to. Use Salesforce.

Cons

Company is rapidly expanding and sometimes processes do not keep up with the level of expansion.

Pros

Nice people to work with, employees that have been here 40 plus years retire from here which says a lot about the company. Good benefits, time off and fair pay to qualified employees. Nice lunchroom with free coffee for employees who enjoy coffee. Safe, clean organized workplace for employees with focus centered on the customer. Great place to work.

Cons

At this time the only con for me would be the driving distance because of the price of gas these days.

Company in Midst of Identity Crisis

Decent pay, work-life balance, quality products.

Cons

Company unsure what direction it wants to go. Gone is the family feel when it was Edstrom Industries, now more of a corporate overlord structure. Business has moved from primary focus of auto-watering to a variety of other offerings that seem forced and unwelcome by customers. Users/customers are also starting to take notice to the forced approach and what used to be a very happy customer base it starting to erode.
